A 5 week course that offers parents the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of their baby’s behaviour, unique language and cues, while learning how to massage their baby. Parents are taught massage techniques and how to read baby’s non-verbal communication.
For who?
Babies who have not yeet begun crawling and their parents/caregivers.
Open to those who have a Public Health Nurse in the Ballymun Health Centre; places can be offered to those outside the area depending on availability.
What can I expect?
Weekly class for 5 weeks held in a community setting for 2 hours per week; runs regularly throughout the year.
